BuildMC Launcher is a desktop application for Minecraft. Privacy and security are our top priorities. This policy explains how personal data is handled.

3. Discord Rich Presence

The Discord app displays your activity status (e.g., "BuildMC Launcher – Managing instances") in Discord. It connects locally to the Discord client on your device. No personal data is transmitted via Discord or our servers.

4. Stored Data

The launcher stores the following data locally on your device:

Minecraft account information (Microsoft tokens, optional)
Launcher settings (RAM, Java path, theme)
Installed instances and mod lists
SwiftServers login data (API key, stored locally)

5. No Data Sharing

We do not share personal data with third parties. Tokens are used solely for authentication with Microsoft and Minecraft services.

6. Cookies & Website

This website does not use tracking cookies. When using the hosting platform (Cloudflare), technical data such as IP address and browser information may be processed to deliver the site.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of your data. Since data is stored locally, you can delete it directly on your device at any time.
